Maintenant, oui • Creation 2019

Gaël Sesboüé stands for minimalist movement approach as well as in its form as in its essence. Always keen on new experiences and meetings, his career is largely influenced by a multidisciplinary approach and the “codes” of contemporary art.

Based on a score of simple movements, Gaël Sesboüé imagines a play for 4 dancers. It is a metaphor of our everyday life, of our acts and movements that seem to repeat daily but yet different every day.

By remaking and reinventing the score, the choreographer challenges the frames that delineate our everyday life and plays with its limits to allow new possibilities.
